We've now brought together the very best of our former Alliance Pharmacy and Boots The Chemists' businesses, creating a new Boots UK business, and developed a multi-format store strategy focused on giving our customers more of what they want and need in the right place, cared for by our friendly, professional people.

All are designed to give the very best customer experience In our largest and most extensive expansion of the Boots brand ever we've rebranded our community pharmacies, Alliance Pharmacy as 'your local Boots pharmacy'.

Every store is unique, but all are designed to give the very best customer experience in a fantastic community store format that is fresh, bright and easier for our customers to use.

Our larger Boots UK health and beauty stores offer a shopping experience with a wide range of products including all our leading brands while our flagship stores also offer beauty halls with beauty consultants and premium cosmetics.

They want us to be continuing to acquire new pharmacies and put pharmacy at the heart of our communities

Also we have our airport stores with targeted ranges to meet the needs of our customers when they're travelling.

And we're not stopping there, with a continued commitment to reaching even more of our customers in the stores and locations and places they want us to be, continuing to acquire new pharmacies and put pharmacy at the heart of our communities.

Then, of course, behind all of this we have our dedicated Support Office teams located in Feltham and Nottingham doing all they can to support our stores and customers.
