Pharmacy Manager - Flagship

Flagship stores are predominantly our bigger businesses.

Customers are at the heart of everything you will do. Leading your store healthcare team to deliver the most efficient possible pharmacy service for your customers is a key element to your role. You'll also play an active part in the delivery of the pharmacy plan within your PCO. You'll ensure dispensary standards and processes are consistent across the area, and ensure any errors are treated as learning opportunities that lead to positive actions.

Your pharmacy team are integral to all that you do, so you'll help to develop their knowledge, skills and capabilities so every customer experience is enhanced. You'll challenge them to beat items and services targets.

Working with, supporting and coaching the General Manager on opportunities to grow the pharmacy business, and deliver exceptional learning experiences for pharmacy and preregistration students will ensure the success of not only the pharmacy, but the store as a whole.

You'll create strong relationships with Pharmacists across different store formats; this will ensure Boots UK speaks with one voice to external bodies. Building relationships with local GPs, along with representing the company on local forums and professional bodies will further embed Boots UK as the pharmacy of choice.
