Providing the support you need

Our Pharmacists are constantly telling us how it's the presence of an excellent colleague support network in store, that allows them to get out from behind the counter and make a real difference in the community.

In fact, throughout our pharmacies we have healthcare dedicated colleagues in place to support you, every step of the way, to ensure you can devote your time to providing the best possible care for your customers.

Because we know that trained Accuracy Checking Technicians (ACTs), Dispensers and Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) all play a part in the Boots UK support network, we make sure we only recruit the most outstanding individuals to take on these roles.

As well as teams you can rely upon, in an environment designed to help you work in the way that suits you, we put in place a range of technical supports.

These include our devoted pharmacy support teams and sources of valuable information such as our MyStoreNet portal, to ensure that when you need guidance, information or assistance you have somewhere to turn to.
